I have been pestering most everyone I know about these govt. land tax sales. People can't pay their tax, so the MAN siezes it and sells it to you cheap. ( There is a LOT more to the process, I am simplifying.) anyone know anything about em, where to find the listings, and I've heard that some of the nicer properties are in more private bids, not "secret" but almost. If anyone has any experience, post up mates.
