Hrmm...do you think an airsoft version will be made? New lower for airsoft that accepts M14 mags?

G&G makes a SR-25 that has a bigger mag, but not M14 mag compatable, and G&P has a MBK of a SR-25, however you'll need the G&G mags to make it work.

Looks pretty slick. The 3rd picture is a 5.56mm chambered weapon though.

Highly doubt they will replace the M24 with a semi-auto. More likely to replace the M21-type M14s out there. Though if it was me, I would never trade my M14 (if I had one) for an AR type semi-auto DMR weapon. Fook dat.

M21s are nice, but an AR is much more scope friendly.

The Marines were starting swaping out M40's for A-10 clones, Called a Mk.11 I do believe. So DM's could blend in with regular infantry better

We aren't swapping out the M40 for the Mk.11s'. The Mk.11 is replacing the M14 DMRs that are currently being used. This is straight from our sniper guys.
