I have a stock Tm glock aep and a ksc glock gas pistol with that hi-flow valve and upgraded recoil spring, metal slide, metal outer barrel, and full trades from uncompany.

AEp's less power better consistency. GBB's have good efficiency but their consistency is not as good as a spring pistol or an aep. Hope that helped. And GBB has more moving parts right? just checking though both don't have much movement.
