Why does every frick'n nugget want to be a sniper?!!! Come on post up and share why you want to be an airsoft sniper. Be honest too and don't give me crap like I'm practicing the tradecraft or I'm stealthy. Man, if you're fat and lazy and don't like to run just say so.

im fat and lazy and cant hit a house so i bought a M249!

now see that wasn't so hard!! Personally, I think SAW's are much more formidable than snipers in airsoft. Besides it's so much fun to watch people run away like cockroaches

I think every kid who owns a UTG "Master Sniper" is entitled to be called a sniper LOL

I know there are good snipers out there. But you know that we can count them on one hand too. My point is seeing all these fresh nuggets come aboard wanting to snipe with no freak'n clue about how the laws of physics and airsofting.

HA well ya, they figure that the fps is waht really makes it go, not the magical back spin, they also think that 550 fps means it will speed like super man!

i like full auto and big batteries!

It's fun surprising the hell out of a lot of people with the range I've got with my vltor shooting only 380 ;)

this is why im agaisnt popin in a SP 170 in ur APS, it think a 150 and a tighbore will do u good, and a teflon cylinder wont hurt, and thats ur basic upgrade...but then again u also need the tactics to be a sniper, or els ur just a useless player on the feild,

Its fun, but you see alot of negative things when you look through a magnified scope. I have hit people dead on in the chest, they flinch and then keep playing because they think unless they get hit with a full auto burst, it doesnt count.

Hey! i hear their doing great things with UTG m324's, the weltz kit and the reviews seem good. Sniping is just a ego thing, I got a 550 fps gun! Oh my gun cost 1000 and the fact that people tend to take the easy way out. I have liked it all my life, just hitting the bird from 400 feet away with my pellet gun. WHEW it is a feeling like no other. You can say it strikes my fancy. But too many snipers is fugly.

I know a guy who has an airsoft sniper rifle. He told me when he goes to his first game, he's just gonna camp inside some bushes and keep to stealth.

you have to have the most patience to be a airsoft sniper. you have to wait for wind, keep guy in sight, judge distance, judge angle of your shot. if u miss, pray he didnt hear you or pray he doesnt have a SAW.

Sniping is fun, but it is magerly over used in airsoft. Sniping takes talent but for airsoft it is pointless because the bb travels to slow to do any good from that far away unless you spend hundreds of dolars to make your rifle fire at a ridiculous FPS for an airsoft gun.

I gotta say from what I have seen, sniping does seem useless unless a super good sniper has a relatively good rifle. But if that sniper is missing either part of that(the skill, the gun) then I can't say that they are going to snipe very well, what I've also seen that puzzles me, why snipe when there are AEG's that easily go as far(upgraded)..I just don't get that, why you upgrade a sniper so much and become practically immobile(vulnerable when you move) when you can put a few bicks in an AEG have it be pretty much as good, be able to full auto and to be definently mobile (safely). I dont get that.... Because until it comes to real rifles it seems like all upgraded guns shoot relatively similar...
