Quick quesiton. How many of you play (or have played) organized sacair games with stock guns?

I haven't played sacair with a stock AEG but i've played plenty of other games with stock guns. Don't not go to a game just because you think you can't compare to other people's guns. upgrades and customization have nothin to do with skill. It's a blast just being there and you meet a lot of cool people. besides, I think its best to learn on a stock, that way you can better appreciate the upgrades down the road. Stock AEGs perform real well anyway. Except the CA 249 mkII.

Yeah but when you upgrade you want to make sure the new piece doesn't effect the others, a SUPER powerful spring can put pressure on the gearbox and if it is not a sturdy one it can be affected so be sure to check on that. You should get Metal bushings if you do upgrade the fps.

the upgrades are worth it, just make sure you keep it balanced. It sounds like you have the general idea pretty well figured out though.

theres nothing wrong with stock guns but if you have the money i would sudjest getting it up graded.

A quick tip. its not an upgraded gun that makes the player better.

But upgrading does help, if two excellent players one with a upgraded aeg and one with stock, and say the upgraded has a psg-1 barrel, silencer, m120 spring, Silent piston head, cylinder and scope and all, the range and velocity would totally dominate.

Currently my m4 is stock. However in the example that juice said, you assume the players are of equal skill. Tactics and Skill level of the USER makes the difference of how well a weapon is used.

depends on the battery, I could empty a entire 100 round MAG Magazine in about a good 6 seconds. Heavy trigger finger you see. It was worse when I had my g36 and the C-mag to go with it...

ha a mid in 6 seconds come on josh my mp5 can dump a mid in about 2 seconds on a low battery LOL. I have a stock UZI i use in almost every single game. That thing is so stock its busted, the hop unit dosnt work, i think the piston head is cracked, it mabye shoots about 50 feet accuaretly but u know what? i have more kills with that thing than ANY other aeg i have ver owned, and i have onwed them all. Play with a stock gun, learn to be good stalker.

stock guns suck they're all telling you this so they can own you on the field with their upgraded guns. What you want is a titanium geared with triple progression rate spring powered by a micro fuel cell aeg

well, if you have a stock TM i would keep it that way for a while. It will never break, and if you do see signs of wear or a decrese in preformance, then maybe that would be a good time to upgrade. Alot of new players upgrade their guns right off the bat, and miss out on some of the basics.

I play with a Stock TM Socom 16... I was outranging a couple of upgrading AEG's yesterday...

Haha that thing comes pretty big though its more of a long range rifle compared to your general assult rifle. THe barrel totally kills it thats why everybody should get a new barrel. And how much is that Soc.16?!?!

I can vouch for that socom. It was smooth firing, has a great rof, and awesome range on a stock Tm... To anyone thinking that you need an upgraded gun to play- try out your stock gun first, you may be surprised at how effective they are when playing in a sacair game in the fields that we play in.

yea ive never played with an upgraded gun, i just have my stock famas at all the games. and i agree, ive learned a lot and have become a better player still just using my stock gun, practacing tactics and things. i get owned but its still fun
