Daniel Defense rail?

Definitely EO Tech. It's a CQB gun and, having used both, much prefer the EO Tech.

Yeah it's a challenge kit. And surprisingly, not as difficult a build as I expected. You will definatly need an AR 15 wrench, teh one used to tighten the delta ring and castle nut, but other than that just the ability to solder the leads onto the motor and run some wires through the body.

Ah nice I see they changed to the same style as the AR10 version for the mounting bolts.

How did you install the dd rail?

I think you need to remove the delta ring.

all the way or cut and only have the bolt nut left?

I had to remove mine for my ARMS# 50 m. I took off the sight, and the gastube. I used an armours wrench, and removed the barrel nut and delta ring. Then I pulled the retaining ring off the barrel nut and removed the delta ring, and the spring, and them I reinstalled the barrel nut with my armours wrench.

If you have the ar15/armourors wrench it should be no problem at all. The DD barrel nut is the same size at the castle nut on the stock tube. Other than that just line it up and tighten the screws down.
