If you order a custom slide, say a Glock 18C slide with engravings and all, will it have the orange paint on it? I know that if you buy the gun as a whole you will get the orange but what about just that one piece. THanks.

I second that. The only slides w/ orange that I have ever gotten were on the guns themslves when imported.
What they said. The orange is only part of an importation law for the guns. Doesnt apply to parts.

However if you order a gun from over sees usually only the outer barrell has some red paint on it and its really easy to remove with some nail polish remover.
