The hero arms ones work great. I have seen all of the hero arms autowinding mags used by gamepod other the the MP5 one...If you are looking for an autowinder and alot of firepower hero arms is great. the only auto winder i wouldnt recomend from experience would be a CA G36 autowinding mag

Lol Thats why I want a auto mag!

I don't think they are worth the money and like the posts above i think you should get yourself a couple mid caps instead. The autowinders are drum mags but a bit smaller all in all.

Yea but I use high caps so if I get an auto mag I don't have to keep winding the high cap.

Well i found a little trick, my AK hi-cap is a tad bit loose on the bottom so it seems to feed automatically. (ON semi only and i play semi most of the time) I am able to shoot 120 before winding. I don't know if it is just an odd bug or what?!? but i think its more effective to use a hi-cap on semi.

Thats crazy! How does it do that?Yea I usually use semi-auto too.Because seriously you don't need to unload your clip in a CQB game but it's fun to.I like to try and kill with the least shots possible!

So it worked fine that is good!Isn't it metal though? And what are the chances of a cat falling on it?
Feb 14, 2007 6:44am
the feed neck that goes in the magwell is plastic and the cat is stupid... it jumped from the ground to the windowsill and missed falling on the gun leaning below.
Feb 14, 2007 6:46am
Lol that totally sucks!I would of been pissed! But the chances of that happening are slim to none!So it is metal. You know how it is connected to another mag by the mag clamp? Can you take it off the mag clamp and use it as just one mag?

I cut the lip off my old auto winding CA 249 box mag, I use a couple of belts to hold it in place on my A2, and throw a rail mounted bipod on the front, and it works fine... Only thing is, when I first did it, I kinda blew lube or something out the front of my gun. It fired fine, just looked, odd. :?
