Tightbore quiz...
Since I came across one of my tightbore barrels that I'm not using, I thought I would throw up a test to see if you guys could spot the tightbore. We just had this debate on Sacair, and I just had a long debate about this same thing on another board. So, let's find out how noticeable of a difference a tightbore makes.

Interesting thread. Although it would be interesting to compare different brands. I notice that personally, my range greatly decreased with a Systema 6.04 and Promethius 6.03 when compared to my KM 6.04. I tried a PDI 6.05 barrel and got better range than the former 2 as well.
I just ordered a 6.01mm tight bore from DB Custom in Washington. They are made in the USA and claim to be precise within .015mm. Has anyone had any experience with their barrels?
Here is their site: http://www.deescustoms.com/

factoring in barometric fluctuations and the alignment of Mars to Venus I'd say the one on the right.

only on full moon nights does that come into consideration.
Pygmy Militia Group
All I know is that my tight bore works for me. After having it installed I noticed an immediate tightening in my groupings and the gun shot 15fps higher then before the upgrade. I don't care how it works, as long as it works.

even if tb's are not exactly that effective according to some ppl, i have noticed something. this was a very informal experiement that i did with some friends of mine while taking psych: i had two guns, same specs, same internals, same everything, neither of which had a tb. but i told them that one gun had a tb in it. i explained how the tb would increase accuracy. and then i had them shoot the guns. out of the 7 who participated, 6 of the shooters had better accuracy with the supposed tb than with the placebo (gun that i said didnt have a tb).
