Workout Routine

Ok so some peeps have asked me what do u do to stay inshape, well about as inshape as i can get lol. Ok so i have seen around the games a few of our memebrs could spend an extra day or two a week in the gym. So i thought i would discuss a topic aobut what each other to stay inshape, workout and diet.

Stay hydrated before you're workout too. stay away from the carbonated beverages and drink gatorade and/ or water.

I find that putting dollar bills into g-strings of strippers work out the arms really well.... 8)

If anything, just run, or jog for at least 30 minutes straight. If you cant' run the whole time then walk for a while until you can.

If you can't do all the running, then i suggest doing plyometrics in between running. that will help out wiht the running. Overall, you just have to be motivated.
