found this while looking at a AEG review...this should be a sticky or something so new people to the sport wont ask what a good company to buy from and what not is.
w00t no more useless posts, hopefully...
Now this URL can be copied into those threads and they are done.

we need to show that to the demonairsoft guy who keeps asking newbiw questions like whats a good gun....most annyoing shit ever.....
well that is just as bad as necro posting, fkin noobs.
Hrm. I disagree with a LOT of stuff they put into that guide. It's kinda a guide for noobs written by newbs. Just my take on it, though. I guess it doesn't matter. As people grow and progress, they learn for themselves and they just brush off what that guide tells them.
Forgive the Necro post, but I found another similar bit of information just regarding manufacturers, seems a bit more recent. I've made some slight adjustments based on my opinion but I'll link the source for those of you who don't trust me. I did spend some time on google checking the hard facts and they all seem to ring true.

the issue I have with the original post is that it does not talk about any new companies! Not all new companies are bad such as KWA which in 2007 was a new company or any of the beginner lines of guns to get someone introduced into airsoft without having to pay 400 buck for a gun to find out they don't like it
Team Rebel Wolves
I just felt like it was a bit out dated, and that the info I found/added said the same thing just easier to read.
