Vltor Stock Question?

I'm thinking about buying a vltor stock but I want to know a little bit about them before I buy it.Is it like a crane stock?

Yea it says that it comes this a 9.6v battery.Does it use a crane stock style battery or a regular large battery?

Is it hard to get the battery in the stock?Because I know the crane stocks are hard to get the battery in them.

ya its a pain, but u will need to ahve someone who knows how to work on it work on it, there there has to be a hole cut in the back of the body for it to look right.

If you ask them nicely they might. And all I do to charge my crane battery is just take off the stock and pull the plug out and plug it into my charger.

Yea I heard thats what alot of people do.Once you get it in you don't have to take it out.

ya same with me, so much easier to just remove the stock and unplug it. Rmeber though when u have a crane or vlotor stock u can push the stock all the way due to the wiring, not thats an issue but i do know people that dont like that.

Wat do you mean you can puch the stock all the way to the wiring?The wiring doesn't stick out right?

I think he meant- You can really only keep the stock fully extended unles you want to risk breaking your wiring.

Incorrect. On the Crane/Vltor style stock you can collapse all the way until the first position. I don't think anyone wants it that short anyway.

I do! I use a CA Crane Stock and it rocks. I plan on getting the VLTOR stock and it will rule!
