First Factory makes a 14mm threaded adapter. CCW to CW and vice versa. I'm sure Hong Kong companies make one but I haven't bothered to look (FF is what the shop I worked back home carried).

Also if you don't have the supressor already, they make ones that thread both ways.

They are made with threadings on both ends. The only brand that I can think of off the top of my head is KM. Generic looking supressors but they work well.
