thanks andrew.... anyone shoot the WA para-ordinance p14-.45?
ya its a good pistol BUT WA's require lots of money and time to become good reliable pistols. Stick with TM they are the best.

I used to work in a bank... USED TO... apparently they don't like it when you take home samples.
ps I have the tm 1911 and it is the best pistol imo out there and if andrew says the 17 is the same it would be somting to really at then. The hop is about perfect which is way more important than fps. Fps wise go digicon mine shoots over 400  but I never use it cause who want to hurt somebody, there are no engagement distances on pistols.
TM is awsome reliable for rifles, but their pistols have a small habit of breaking some of the parts on the slide, since they're plastic. If you get the metal slide TMs are good, but it's cheaper to go with something like a KWA, since they are already metal slides. Just my 2 cents.
TM Glock 17 and serpa won't fit without a taking a little off of the frame of the gun. Yes you could maybe make it fit but getting the gun out of the holster would be hell.

I myself an thinking of getting a TM Glock, and a blade tech holster for it...

Side note... Serpa holsters for the Glock 20 and 21 might fit the slightly thicker TM Glock 17s. Would need to test it though.
Has the new TM G17 basic design changed much from the old TM G26 Advance? If not, I lean towards the TM 1911 over the TM Glock. (Although both are just as reliable.) I find that the roller on the hammer of the TM Glocks tend to get hung up on the bump under the slide if the grease runs a little dry. Not too bad of a problem when you're firing it, but a nuisance if you're hand cycling it or dropping the slide with the slide catch. It'll almost never happen to you when you're target shooting, but it's something that happens in the field.

why? too fat or skinny?

even with the tension out? Now is this both the tm and kwa?

The frame and slide on the TM glocks are a bit fat. And the height is a bit much. Measuring from the top of slide to bottom of the from frame near the muzzle, the TM glock is about 2-3 mm taller. A huge difference with molded holsters. Im anxious to see if the safariland will work.
