anybody ever use aluminum grips? They make these sweet looking custom grips fro a 1911 but I wonder how they "feel". Erik

unless it's hot outside, I was thinking of the summers here. Picking up a pistol with a grip that is 100 degrees, hmmm hmmm. But I wonder if the recoil is felt more? These questions and many more answered soon.

I can't imagine them feeling good.
I think the grip would be better. But not sure on the "feel" check them out on that link above.

Well they are alluminum and Al does not absorb heat as well as other metals so I would assume they would not get hot.
