study the motor cycle CA laws, then go take your permit test, that allows you to ride by yourself, then u can get your licnese. Seeing as this sounds liek your FIRST bike get a Suzuki SV650 why? cause its got a lot of power buts its classifeied a crusier not a sport bike, why? cause it dosnt have front ferrenings, aka front pieces of plastc that DO NOT AFFECT PERFOMARACE. you can buy off of ebay for like 100$ i hope my info helps. AND for insaunrce lowering go take sierra colleges motor cycle safty class.
i dont think so, its been a whiel since ive been on a bike and im sure the laws have changed but i dont think so.
so its basically like getting a car license rite?is there a specific time from when i get my permit to the time i can get my license?
