ok so I just got off the phone with my local gun shop telling them about this and thir concern is that they thought you had to have a physical sig and something ti di with the county you are from, but the main thing is the real ink on paper??????? So what is the rule here?

I honestly don't know Erik. I'm not sure if this is just symbolic or if it's legal document that can be held up in the house to show our distaste of HR1022.
