The greanades that are illegal to sell in California are dummy grenades that are used by the Army to teach soldiers how to use grenades. Reason being is that someone thinks that everyone is going to replace the fuse and fill the hole in the bottom of the grenade to make it an active grenade.

this thread looks long since dead....but airsoft grenades sound awesome! ud think they wouldnt be too hard for some manufacturers to make tho...theyve already got the ones for grenade launchers...theyve probly invented them couple years ago and are just keeping them in some warehouse and waiting for the ideal time to release them.

wouldn't it be a little hazardous for players if you're launching metal, heavy grenades everywhere? a konk in the head and it's lights out...

they wudn't change airsoft tactics too much, becasue u wudnt waste them cus there probably not exactly cheep. You'd probably realy have to use them wisely.

They will change some tactics, Urban/CQB will change. At least when you play against me. It will be funny though to watch a lot of people for their first time ever throw something like a grenade. Alot of people will be falling short of their targets the first few times.

i dont know, i think that airsoft grenades would really smoke people out who like to hole up in sheds and stuff, the campers will have to rethink their campsites

there are two versions...the paintball one and the airsoft one. i don't know what the airsoft one uses but its not paint. you can see it in the first video. it's like white powder or something

From what I have seen with the new updates on their website, the grenades are not re-usable. They are going to be sold in packages of three, and cost between 3 and 6 dollars.
