Anybody read about this yet?? Apparently there are over 50 students shot, and around 33 reported dead. Happened early this morning, first around 7am and the second round at like 9am. Pretty crazy....

I've been following it all morning. It's really sad...

A .22 and 9mm were used.

One of the reports I saw said the shooter was a fat asian male adult in his mid 20's.

The following is speculation at this moment:

you know it! *in no way am I trying to make light of this tragedy, it was terrible and I abhor the action of the perpetrator, I am simply trying to think of what the national reaction will be toward Asian-Americans.

There wont be any..all that will come out of this is liberals saying less guns and conservatives saying more guns.. We wont do shit either way, and we will soon forget just like columbine, jonesboro, paduka the damn Amish shootings....forgot about those huh...

# School property/school functions unless gun is unloaded, in an enclosed container (but NOT in the glove box or console) and in the vehicle. A car's trunk is considered an enclosed container. However, a concealed handgun permit holder can have a loaded, concealed handgun in the vehicle while in the school parking lot, traffic circle, etc. The concealed handgun and the permit holder must stay in the vehicle. Firearms are not banned from property open to the public where a school function is being held unless that property is being used exclusively for the school function. Violation of this statute is a felony

I have my share of firearms and enjoy them alot...I still think about the right to have them vs. public safety every time something like this happens....
