My 8.4 intellect 1400mah stick battery is getting murdered by my G&P tac kit. The place where i insert it is all chewed up. Is there anyway i can protect my battery? (Electrical tape)? Please help i can take pictures if you guys are willing to take the time.

Dremel / sand down the tac kit area so it allows the batteries to go in w/ less resistance?

AHh. So i sanded the tac-kit down and the battery fits in there real well but the battery itself is VERY UBERLY damaged. Can you fix this? I'd gladly mail it to anyone of you pro's to check out for me. Please. It now has yellow powder near the end of the wires and im flippin out. Nobody wants to buy a new battery :-/ especially one that cost me 30 at AEX.

Well i just checked this with my friends new one. He also has powder but its sealed up. Mine is semi-sealed up but the powder is an insignificant amount. I am just wondering if i can cover the whole batt...i've torn up so much i can see the silver of the battery. :? :( <---me
