I was actually considering a real ACOG but I couldn't find one that wasn't magnified. I don't believe in having a magnifed scope on an aeg. Another thing is, one day I'd like to get my hands on a PVS-14 and I don't think the ACOG's are night vision compatible.

Why not a PVS-7? I would like a PVS-7 even if I can't mount it on a weapon.

Well, if youre interested in them I know of some replacment front sights that turn your front post into a duplex recticle. Ill try and find a link.
