Buy a Maruzen APS2-SV and get a FF 130 spring. That'll get you close to 450 FPS.
a 130 would?? oh really...hm...and he can use lighter bb's so it could reach out farther i guess...thats a good idea... is the disassembly for the APS2's like the T96??

I think snipers or any person would use .25 bb's because it cuts the air better?...<.<...
sniper use heavier bb's for more joules and accuracy....
