hmm my bench sucks too, i thinks its a fairly USELESS excsersie. I can preasher curl 150, tricep 150, bicep indivdual 50 but my bench is 170ish and i wiegh 220-250 depending on my diet.

See, I dont work out THAT much....No time or drive...I do preacher curls, bench, lat pulldown, forearm rope twist and a couple other things maybe 3 days a week...Lean 185... have noticed if I focus on a few exercises and do them correctly I get better results faster...

ya of course, i do upper 1 day, then lower the next, each week i focus more on one section and i make sure my form is right everything i do is right and i get such better results in my workouts.

Funny lol. Trust me mine was worse. In a month it'll get all messed up again im pretty sure. (Reads future) BUt diet pepsi tastes so artificial compared to real coca cola.
