Ok so i have been looking into black powder guns for a while (S TFU they are cool Andrew) Anyone here use them? if so what can u tell me about use, cleaning, brands, ammo preferances. I have done my research, been to stores, all that. Now i want to get personal opinions from people I know. But please if you don't use black powder guns or have any personal experience then don't give me an answer of ill have to hurt you thanks.
Just make sure you dont get one with a pistol grip.

not a user, but i've been doing some extensive research on it because I've been considering it myself. check out the thompson center line to start off.
I use em. got 4 right now.
They are a real pain in the arse to clean, and hot, soapy water is the best solution to use (although you have to make sure you don't get soapy water on the wood furniture -- that's always a risk with using water-based cleanser).
