High capacity wise as long as the magazines were bought on or before 31 December 1999 they are legal. With a 10 rounder it is perfectly legal. You can buy them at Wildsports, Great Outdoors, Badger Johns etc.

Sorry let me rephrase that. Will someone call Popo if they see Cain at the range with it? It looks like one of them "evil" assault rifles even though it is chambered for .22. I apologize if I am making an "issue" out of a non-issue. :?
