So my very first post on the site was to announce a game I was looking to throw. I had never been to a sacair game, never posted on the site before, and never really read through any of the rules or previous posts. What I didn't know was that it was against forum rules to do that. A few folks got on my case about it, and pointed out I should read the rules and come out to a game or two first. Heck I was a noob. What I didn't do was take what they said personally and get pissed off and leave.

I will always be amazed at the level of superiority complex most airsofters develop over toy guns/dress up. Take a second and try to look around this site with an objective eye. It gets fuckin ridiculous very quickly. What you find out about the flamers and self proclaimed "bad asses" in this community once you have been around awhile is they are usually trying to make up of a severe lack of life experience or good old fashion "im not worthy!" mommy daddy drama. both ways it makes for a very elitist feel over a silly game. I was one of these people for a long time. Starting down the path of fatherhood has opened my eyes to many things, this being one of them.
