K these are for anyone who has tried, not for someone who has heard. Please only post if you have tried, were on the scene when someone you are buddies with tried, or have a review someone wrote on this. sorry to be wierd like that I just dont want flase answers that will set me back money.
Star 30rd Mags, do not fit into metal bodies. When Zach let me check one out I tried to put it into my m15a4, and I had to pretty much force it in scratching my gun, and the mag.
they are plastic, so would sanding them down slightly all around fix that?
SP M203 will fit, just need to do some mods to the thing, hmm if you do get one i have an extra M16 adaptor i could give you, its been filed down a bit, in an attempt to put one on a CA M15 as well bro, as for the star mags...dont get them, they are nice due to price, but dont work at all in most metal bodies, cant sand down the mags, you have to sand down the metal body, the mag well more so, but just get some normal 68 round standards, umm i think that should answer all your Qs.

Wanted to mention also, Progear/Hurricane upgraded 7mm bearing gearbox (silver/grey color) won't function properly in M15a4 series. Maybe just me but I've tried 3 different 7mm bearing boxes (2 complete units from DEN & one I put together) in 3 different M15a4 (RIS, Tac Carb, Carb) and all had problems with proper selector switch operation. No full auto, no semi, and/or weird trigger pull.
good to know, i wasnt going to put in a 7mm GB but i will remember that incase I hear someone ask.
