I managed to mount my Houge's on my WA MEU. Just be aware of the inner piece that holds the grip screw in. They like to strip out or wear out. You can just glue them back in place if they don't fit tightly enough.

Got them to fit a TM 1911 with no modification. I uesed the wraparound type.
