were can you get any kind of high proformance barrel foe the AKBS?

Takes the same barrel as the MP5, which is 229mm. Systema, KM, Promethius, etc... all makes barrels for it. Take your pick.

They all improve accuracy, yes. I'm guessing that it's probably because aftermarket companies are a little more careful about putting a really good crown on the end of the barrel. The fact that they're tightbore will increase velocity slightly.
