TM mp5a4 issues
hey all, tonight i was doing some target practice with my mp5 and all of a sudden it stopped shooting. The motor is spinning when i pull the trigger, but it sounds like maybe a gear is stripped or its just not catching for some reason. MichaelD said to try screwing the motor and stuff in a little tighter but i dont see anything to screw in. Am I just missing it or is there something else i need to do? All help is appreciated, thanks for reading.
Is it a grinding noise? Or like a smooth mechanical spinning? if that makes sense...

dont take it apart, if its stock aex can repace 1 gear for a cheapish price like 50$
Sounds like gears. Who knows the extent of it until its opened though.

lol...i stopped after the 3rd screw, pretty much got the stock off then i was like "ya, i'd rather had a professional do this"
If you don't know what you are doing, don't mess with it. It would probably cost you more. You could end up damaging something else or lose some parts after that spring pops out and make a hole in your wall if you didn't decompress it first. Just bring it to AEX, they'll take good care of you. This is also your chance if you wanted, to think about maybe upgrading some internals for more fps, that's if it was stock.
