CQBcity's rules are usually semi only for all games that they host, but I'm not sure about this one because its a private game, so ukau maybe you could clear this up for me?

It wasnt bad palnning at all. Usually there are three main refs, Jeff, Fred, and Chief. Unfortunately Cheif had something else pop up, so he couldnt show.
