Tokyo Marui Type 89-F Rifle (Folding Stock)
considering it's a TM, has a mechanical 3 round burst feature, metal receiver and such. I think it's well priced.

Well priced I would say.

345? I'm all over this.
My best advice for new airsoft players:
Ya, the folding version without the bipod and the cover on the stock looks awesome!

it's a very underrated rifle, but the same could be said about any rifle that's not a ar15 or m14 lol.
My best advice for new airsoft players:
the full stock couldn't take larger batteries either. Which was the only draw back for me.
Pygmy Militia Group
yep very true, but I opened up the back and saw some potential for a custom pack, could fit at least some AA (GP 2000mah) cells in the back.
My best advice for new airsoft players:
It's taken what over a year for m14 upgrades to surface. So I don't see this being any different. Though it could be the lukewarm reception it's had outside of Japan that has made manufacturers overlook it.
Pygmy Militia Group
either way, i'll be getting this, maybe write a review after a skirm or two, think this will be very sweet at the next few Ord games.
My best advice for new airsoft players:
Hell it works with M4 mags I may even pick one up. They're just too cool.

esp. since your "source" gets it to ya at a nice price
My best advice for new airsoft players:
[quote]believe that the guts of the t-89 was actually based on the ar-18.

more likely than not I'm going to order from Poweredge, they have great prices on TM AEGs, and shipping's only 10 bucks.
My best advice for new airsoft players:
do not like the folding stock . no need. Need larger space for batterey!
