Yeah, I know, way off-topic. But I need help with this. Quite the noob when it comes doing this crap, but does anyone here have any suggestions as far as easy programs to creat webpages. You'll laugh, but this is the best I could do so far...
i dont know about any easy programs but u can try adobe photo shop, i took some lessons in web page design and the only thing that was in my head was "WTF DO I DO?"

Dreamweaver is good, they have the walkthrough book - like a step by step textbook...
