NO like I said in my pm durng the game at ord he cussed out a player and then flipped him off. This is not the attitude we want our admins to have. We reflect sacair as a whole. I demoted him, andrew, cp, airsoftbum and all the rest of those guys. They were all promoted during that whole coolwater bs. when everybody and their brother got promoted whose on that team. Allthose guys did was cause sh it.

Erin the more I read your post the more I do not understand your logic on this. We need guys that are very mature to admin. Mature adults who can make good descisions and stick by them. Not guys that sway every which way. People like doc holiday or agent orange these two guys are very responcible people that have not as far as know been in any kind of drama here. These two guys are leaders especially doc holiday. We get him on board and we are going places. These are the kind of guys we need as leaders. They have a long track record with us with no bs along the way. They are both leaders in thier professional life as well so they know how to handle and make informative descisions.

I always got the impression that he does not like sacair or its previous admins. I don't know if thats the kind of guy I would want to work with. But then again I can't really admin anymore because of my schedule and not living in sacramento anymore. I do agree we that I need to be replaced.

I've got put a vote in for Doc Holiday as well. On a number he impressed me a while back when he called me to talk about how to smooth over some problems that were going on on the boards. He wasn't involved, but he wanted everyone to get along. He's also been involved in a few other airsoft boards and has been very positive.

So currently there are 3 nominations for 3 different people up. Thats a good sign, i think we need this kind of expansion. Getting one person in to do the job of many usually just burns them out. I wish I could add more comments on this but I am so far out of the loop its crazy that I am still posting.
