pretty much shirt size, but most vests are adjustable.

yah, i saw someone in the thread talking about the paint ball mask, and well i kind of new to airsoft to, and when i fist started a few months ago, i got a paint ball mask, there not really made for airsoft, fist you cant aim with then second they fog up and get hot as hell, so just get some shooting glasses.
