With responsible players, sure I'd say as close as 10' as long as they were 300fps or less.

I especially like his "if they dont feel the body shot, hit them in the face" quote in his signature.

i agree with johny if you were playing a game where you would sometimes come into a situation where you are within that distance, but just sitting in your bed room shooting at each other?
Jul 8, 2007 6:35am
yea CQB yes, dicking around in your bed room no.

after being shot with my own gun at 15 feet...stock TM mp5a4 and having it break skin (on the back of my neck) i'd say as long as u dont shoot me in the neck or face, id prolly let u shoot me

I Wouldn't be too happy with being shot that close from the general Airsoft-Public. Honestly the integirty of many players isn't good enough for me to trust them shooting me that close. I'm not saying I'd really care too much, but I'd Mos Def appreciate a *Bang* from that close.

250fps with a pistol hurts just as much to me as 250fps out of an AEG.
Jul 8, 2007 7:48am
haha yeah what Erin said.
Jul 8, 2007 7:55am
Engagement distance on a 200-250 fps rifle would be the same as pistols.

If you're going to run your rifle indoors you may as well shoot it. What kind of training are you doing? Are you military or a law enforcement?

Oh it's real....

Heck yeah I would play. In fact I know just the place to train. Pm me and you can shoot people in a room full auto all day long. That's if you don't get blasted first.

I remember the first time I played at CQB field with Glenn, Erik "poser" etc... we used full auto,... hell Glenn was running a 400fps G36, and shot me in the ass on full auto, at about 15feet.

Depends on the person using the mp5. Since an immature/undisciplined person can't be trusted regardless of how low/high it's shooting.
