It Was the first decent fast-paced FPS for a console.

haha Halo 2's multiplayer rocked.

i enjoy fast paced FPS games, Quake 1/2/3 Doom 1/ 2

hehe cool.

This short was pretty cool. And Halo 2 Live was awesome at first untill people started to statpad by standbying their modems and shit like that. Untill I cancelled live I was a legit level 27 :D

I Like certain games for PC and Certain for console, Certain types dont translate back and forth very well.

Things I Disliked about Halo: Combat Evolved for the PC

Yeah halo isnt for everyone. The auto-aim is hard to get used too if your used to the precision of the mouse and keyboard. You should try halo 3 though. Also the pc version has wierd controls and its not well adapted to make use of the mouse.

Dang, this is interesting with all the hating and whatnot. Halo was interesting for me. I used to play xbox all the time, but at the time i was still a HxCx pc gamer. I hold games like Half Life 1&2, Quake 1&2, Unreal series, the list goes on.. all the classics, in WAY higher esteem. But for some reason, i played Halo probably more then every game i've even played (besides CS 1.6 and source together). I didn't touch it for a long time, and then one day i figured id rent it and got hooked. Beat it in every difficulty and even got into that clan where you had to beat the 1st level on legendary in under 17 minutes which was near impossible. Everytime friends would come over, Halo. I can't count how many times i played through each level but its waayy too many. I only plated through HL:2 twice. And like i said I hold HL:2 way higher in my book.

I like playstation.
