APS-2 SV problem
I have an APS-2. Converted to external CO2 source. It has had its issues, but most of those were fixed.

check the bolt assembly for some scratches/wear, and you might find your problem :)
Everything is pretty worn/scratched... :?

sounds like the sear isnt all the way catching sometimes. Look at it see if the top it really worn and look at the sear cathere thingy and see if its warn.
I'll check it out... maybe take some photos.

I'll post up more photos and stuff if I encounter the problem again tomorrow.

The BOlt wont push back? I have the same problem with my up'd vsr-10. Its the thingamabob that you push up that holds the springymajigger. That part can come loose and if it slides just a bit your bolt will get caught back.

sounds like the piston is slipping
Sry to steal the thread Stone but is that fixable? Someone else told me there was a spring in that area that might have come loose or even come out.

It seems like the trigger sear is worn a little bit. I don't see wear in any other place except the very back piece of the bolt [the rear cover thing that doesn't seem to do much but hold the bolt handle on], but that's not a real problem, I don't think.

i took my stock trigger assembly from my old Type 96...some stuff can jump out if u arnt careful..
you can pay for school but you cant buy class
disassemble all smalll assemblies in a 1 gallon ziplock, with hands inside too, so if it goes "SPRUNG!" you don't need to recalculate all of the ballistics to find the parts.
Seek the Narrow Gate, for the path is broad and the gate is wide that leads to destruction.
+1 dam good idea works ok.
Whoa... that's a pretty genius idea...

haha thats brilliant...

keep a fairly powerfully magnet with you too, if u lose a part in say a darkish rug and u think u may know the approximate location of it then use the magnet to find any metal parts.
I took my gun apart a little bit... I tightened a couple loose screws on the bolt. I think that should fix the problem. The trigger sear really isn't worn enough or strong enough to be jamming the gun. I'll try the gun out tomorrow and see if I have any problems. :)
