Just some thoughts. I belong to and participate/contribute in 3 or 4 online forums on a somewhat regular basis. Some have a very 'professional' atmosphere due to the subject matter and have a pretty much no BS policy. And it works. There there is your basic car forum and this place. Seems anything goes and nothin is enforced. Cool whatever.

When I first found out about SacAir, I just read stuff. Eventually I got a feel for the general attitude.

True, but why babysit? Shouldn't common sense tell you that that might not be a good Idea? Or that maybe if you were on the site for longer than the time it takes to register, you could have found the forum called the Gun Gallery, and read the description? Or noticed the great SEARCH feature this fine board has? Why must every person that has a problem posting/searching the site/following directions treated with kid gloves?
