Airsoft claymore outside the front door? Anyone?

ask your sensai if he knows any falling and rolling techniques from Jujitsu or Aikido. That style is based off a LOT of cross trianign and karate/judo go hand in hand...
Jul 16, 2007 9:07pm
ya the first thing we get taught are falling/rolling techniques.....our dojo teaches shorin-ryu karate and kobudo.kickboxing(possibly muay thai.....but idk).self-defense.and jujitsu based submission grappling(ours mixes several styles)

Dude, Marti, you are going to an internationally recognized school, one of only two Shoryn-Ryu Ryukyukan schools in this country. You are going to learn everything you need to, from some of the best teachers ON THE PLANET. No offense meant to you, Mr. Wraith.

Ryan, trust me when I say this. It WILL get you in shape. The dojo goes on a month by month system, alternating between grappling, kick-boxing, and self-defense themes. Kathy and Jim create a very active and involved environment in every theme.
