Yeah there are less pros and more cons to this approach. What I'm also not looking forward to is the next office release. With office 07 as im understand every program, word, outlook, exel, everything saves doc's as a .xml. This is nice, everything can be opened in every program and is less bulky and you dont have to worry about saving it as cirtian type of .doc like "word 2000" so that someone using 2000 can read it. But what they are going to do, which we were talking about in a networking class i had at sierra, is make it so that you run their software off their website, you don't physically own it. And your documents, you wont physically own those either, they will be stored on their servers. This makes being a network administrator way easier as you don't have to mess around as much with what rights people have and what not and you wont have to buy a copy for every computer and all that. But its kind of wrong at the same time.

what I hate most about microsoft is that they don't view me as a valued customer rather a possible criminal.
