Yup I did it. Build cost without goggles is about $12 with battery.

I lol'd too. I go "hawwww" on the lenses to fog 'em up and they defog kinda quick. Quicker than no fan. haha So I guess they work. We'll see.

i wonder if yoiu could put 2 fans on there, and then use less power to run them. be bulky at first but they could be slimmed down later, that is the problem with mine. if i sweat that fan is on high!

Nah, i think 2 fans and 2 batteries would be too heavy. Its a 12v fan so running two off a 9v is not going to work.

It's a cool idea but I bet it's better than the anti-fog solution. That stuff doesn't work for me.

Never worked for me either. Check out my thread about goggles with fans on 'em.

no that wipe on stuff is garbage. The best without fans is still dual pane goggles like the Bolle's they will never fog up. I used to have these JT dual pane pball goggles and htey rocked, cheap and no fog. But I cannot use clear lenses so I have to use the ess's. The only I know of that have the dark lenses that are pop outs and sealed.

pretty easy to make. And there are 2 ways you could wire them up. 1 of which is how Andrew did it. The other is directly to the battery (no switch).
