Geek side...please there is a major difference between there, they're, and their. I know it's totally confusing when you're just learning about it in 5th grade grammar but it is important when you are trying to communicate with someone and helps a whole lot when you are trying to put a resume together. Means the difference between minimum wage and $20+ an hour.
