This thread was created to get opinions on what others thought about realism in airsoft. I'm glad that people have been thinking along the same lines and I enjoyed the personal input. It was never about, nor to bash those who are gear whores and love to collect, be it realistic or not. Myself slowly included, in becoming a gear whore.

dont have time to read all this right now but we use M4's that use a regular rail like the CA M15's(i dont know the retail name??) they come stock now with a flip up rear site, not a really fancy one though, has range adjust for 200-500 m though. We got the new AN/PEQ 15's in, visibile and IR laser with IR flood light. Issued M68 aimpoints or ACOGs for now. I hear EOtechs may be coming soon.
