sorry man but the only thing i'd say clinton helped with in regard to foreign affairs is the ireland peace talks. Every time troops were sent in anywhere, if the going got tough the troops were pulled so things wouldn't look bad. Somalia for instance, nothing was really accomplished in regards to the overal stated mission.

You know that President Clinton sent more soldiers in to harms more often than any other president in history. Howevber most of them were not reported because of their nature.

Darfur, Haiti, (Katrina would actually be my biggest example) soo many other place that I could name that we as a nation have failed to help during the past 6 1/2 year.

I take issues with the handling of the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, it was slow, ineffective, and unnecessarily prolonged the suffering of of American Citizens. I do believe in personal responsibility, but our government tax dollars should be used to improve the lives of the people that pay it (holler).

Amazing what happens when one builds below sea level too ain't it? I believe a part of the FEMA disaster was that there was a vast majority of the home owners that did NOT own home owners insurance. Without that they had to rely on FEMA.
