I actually have some interest in the famas as well, I've seen a few people with them at games. It's not a bad looking gun.

I think jake got it to take an m120 or m100 not sure which one. Bull pups rock they just make more sense

it doesnt take anything to put in an m120 or m100, it just jacks up your gearbox quick...and there ARENT, i repeat, ARENT replacements for it....

not good for a noob....i wouldnt recommend them unless you did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to it...they're excellent guns stock anyways....

i'm pretty sure i've read at several places that putting an m100 and bushings is fine. you won't sacrifice your gearbox anymore than if you put those things in a v2 or v3. i'd stay away from an m120. the main reason you don't want that heavy of a spring is that the motor, the eg560 isn't very strong...it only has a good rate of fire.

Yeah, but I've never worked on a FAMAS or Uzi. Those are the only two guns I have not worked on. Other than that, I'm qualified to work on just about any other AEG made by TM or CA.

the famas is unique, if you'd wanna look like everyone else u'd get an mp5 or m16/m4. with that gun u'll stand out

I put an m100 and bushings in jakes fa mas. He's shot about 30,000 rounds and it works great. I don't see an m100 cracking the gearbox but i wouldn't go any higher than that. There is virtually no loss of rof with the m100.Combined with the fairly long barrel it gets good distance.
