Video file problem.

Well we have a film that's like 10~15 min long, I haven't looked at it so I am not sure, it's 105mb's. I used whatever standard microsoft video software it came with so the file is a MMSM or something to that effect and we got it to an AVI file. Youtube said the file size is to big and photobucked said 0% upload for 1.5 hours or so. How can I get the file size smaller or make this thing work?

in movie maker when you export the movie try setting it for "movies for broadband" to enable compression.

Convert it to another video format such as mpg...then reconvert the movie into a lower resolution using total video converter...
