I want to put this http://www.midwayusa.com/eproductpage.exe/showproduct?saleitemid=112320&t=11082005 on my CA upper and I was wondering if the free float nut it comes is compatible with a CA upper.

only noobs have CA uppers to begin with :roll:

lol! just messing with ya 8) honestly though, you might have to do some dremel work to get it to thread properly on the CA upper. if the barrel nut it comes with is similar to any other free floating style rail (like my larue rail), then you'll have to do some crazy sh!t to get it to fit. it might be easier to get it to fit on a hurricane mbk or a systema one.

no the threading on Real Steel forearms are different from Airsoft Uppers except for PTW's. Should also note that any forearm not made by CA will not correctly align with the flat top rail since CA made their's a different height. So much for CA being better :P

I know AEX was selling some DPMS free float through their stores and online.

you can make it work if you really wanted to (but it's not worth it)

i think fitment might be a little off.

if not, you can always rubber cement that thing on!

most likely not. The DPMS free floaters does work with the G&G bodies as well as the PTW's with no problems whatsoever. It was sold as a very boutique item.

i left some free floaters in the toilet earlier....gone now
