I have heard about complaints regarding this shop a few years ago. I didnt think they would still be around with all the bad publicity they have received. Supposed to be great prices, but lousy service. Good luck
There is Tokyo Model Company who I have NEVER had problems with out of HK and there is another one with similar name name out of Japan who has ripped off tons of people.
