Just remember that body building is 80% good diet and 20% working out. If you eat right, you'll get what you want. If you eat like crap (like me), you can work out until you pass out, but you'll never get the results you want....
Ray's got the MOVES!
I do roids. I have seen great gains in my belly, though I have not seen my feet in a while.

bench is the most over rated workout IMHO. There are many more ways to achieve strength and size. Use free wieghts over machines. The free weights force you to work on your balance of the wieghts and give you a better workout. Like everyone esle says make sure your diet is good. I eat alot of protien before i workout. Last winter i bumped my wieght from 230 to 249 all in muscle just be changing what i eat. LARGE breakfast, large lunch and a small dinner. DOnt eat alot before you go to sleep. Your body burn the least calories then so you dont want alot of get into you. If u eat a good breakfast you will have plenty of fuel for the workout and the large lunch will give you plennty of fuel to get through the day.

i hit the weights in HS and while i played rugby at UCD. I never took any supplements or anything and was fine. Don't workout the same muscle groups each time though. Do triceps, chest, and back of the legs one day and back, biceps, and quads the next if you feel you have to workout every day. I always went every other day for 1-3 hours a day depending on who i was working out with and for what. Take at least one day off each week and DO CARDIO. Now i run 2+ miles (usually 3-4) and do pushups/situps/other exercises with only body movement. Your workout should fit your goal.
alright thanx man.
